To display appointments that are using specific resources, you have the following options:
display appointments in one or several resource calendar
display appointments of all resource calendars of a resource calendar group
How to display the appointments of resource calendars:
Open a resource calendar group in the folder view. Enable the checkbox next to a resource calendar.
To show or hide the appointments of other calendars, enable or disable the checkboxes next to the respective calendars.
To only display the appointments of a single resource calendar, click the
icon next to the resource calendar in the folder view. Click on .In order to display the previously shown calendars again, do one of the following:
Click on a calendar in the folder view.
Click the
