Displays information about a selected object in the sidebar.
To display the sidebar, use one of the following methods:
Click the icon in the menu bar. Enable .
Right-click on a free area in the display area. In the context menu, enable .
Content
A file preview, if available
Name of the selected object
If a photo has been selected:
Shows some EXIF data, if available.
. Shows general information about the object selected:
file size or number of objects in the folder
the parent folder's name
date of the last change
the editor's name
. Shows the object’s shares, if available.
If clicking the icon , the window for creating or editing shares will be opened.
. Shows file comments, if available.
If clicking the icon , the window for creating or editing a description will be opened.
When having selected an object in the folder, the button is displayed. If clicking on it, the respective email with the attachment is displayed.
. Will be shown if there are several versions of the file.
For each version the following information is displayed:
the version's file name
icon . Opens a menu with functions for working with versions.
name of the user who uploaded the version
date and time of the version's upload
the version's file size
button. Click on this button to select a file that is uploaded as new version.
