This window is used when creating or editing an email.
Click on

Addresses
. Shows your sender address. If clicking on it, a menu with several functions opens:

. Defines whether the real name is displayed.
. Opens the window for editing the real name.

Your email reply will be sent to the email addresses entered in this input field.
input field. Matching suggestions will be displayed during input. To accept a suggestion, click on it. To accept the first suggestion, press Enter.
If clicking on
, , or one of the icons , a window for selecting contacts from an address book opens.Email content
input field. Enter your email's subject in this field.
If the email has attachments, the attachments will be displayed as preview or list.

To format the text or to add images, click the
icon in the button bar. Enable . Enable the icon in the button bar.. Sends the email to the recipients entered.
. Opens a menu that allows you to select when the email should be sent.

icon . Opens a menu with functions for adding attachments.

. Adds files that are saved in the. Adds the attachments of the email selected in the list view.
Depending on the configuration:
icon . Encrypts the email. A function bar will be displayed above the email text. If clicking on , a menu with encryption options opens:icon . Opens a menu for adding or creating text templates.

add signature to email text, edit signature
set priority, add vcard, request read receipt
define the email's text format: plain text, HTML
save the email as draft and close the editing window
