When archiving emails, those emails are moved to the
folder. The folder contains a separate subfolder for each calendar year. The archived emails are saved to those subfolders sorted by the year of receipt. The folder is created as soon as you initially use this function. You have the following options:archive a folder's emails that are older than 90 days
archive single emails
How to archive an email folder's content:
Select an email folder in the folder view.
Click the
icon next to the folder name. Click on .In the Archive messages window click on .
How to archive single emails:
Select one or several emails.
Click the
icon in the toolbar.You can also use the context menu in the email list view.
