With Unified Mail you can display emails from multiple email accounts in one central folder. This gives you a quick overview of the multiple email accounts' inboxes. Unified Mail can be described as follows:
In addition to an email account's inbox, the
folder shows a further view for the account's emails. The emails actually exist only once.E-Mails in the Inbox's subfolders are not displayed in the
folder.Emails in the
folder are marked with the email account's name in the list view.To use Unified Mail, enable the function for one or several email accounts.
How to activate Unified Mail for an email account:
Click the
icon in the menu bar. Click on .The Settings window opens.
Click on
in the left pane.Click on
next to an email account.Enable
