Functions and the associated key combinations.

The following functions can be called using the keyboard navigation.

Switch between menu bar, folder view, list view and display area

[Ctrl]+[F6] on Windows and Linux machines.

[F6] on MacOS machines.

Select an app in the app launcher

[Arrow down] or [Arrow up]

Select a function, an input field or a checkbox.

[Tab]

[Shift]+[Tab]

execute the function selected

[Enter]

Enable or disable a selected checkbox

[Space]

Switch between selection fields

Arrow keys

Move the cursor in input fields

Arrow keys, [Home], [End]

Browses one page up or down in the folder view or the list view.

[Page up], [page down]

Open or close a folder in the folder view

Arrow left or right

Select elements in the folder view, the toolbar, the sidebar or the display area

Arrow keys

Close a pop-up or cancel a window

[Esc]

Delete selected emails, folders or files

[Del] or [Backspace]

Select all elements in a list view

[Ctrl]+[a]
