You have the following options:
Permanently delete single emails from the trash.
Permanently delete all emails from the trash by emptying the trash.
Permanently deleted emails can be recovered within 14 days. After this period has expired: Permanently deleted emails can not be recovered.
How to permanently delete single emails:
Open the folder in the folder view.
Select one or several emails.
Click the icon in the toolbar.
If you have selected a single email, you can also use the icon in the detail view.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete the selected emails.
How to permanently delete all emails from the trash:
Select the folder in the folder view.
Use one of the following methods:
Click the icon next to .
Click the icon above the list.
Click on .
Confirm that you want to delete the content of the folder.
