Recovering permanently deleted emails

You can recover permanently deleted emails within 14 days. After this period has expired, permanently deleted emails are irrevocably lost.

How to recover permanently deleted emails:

  1. Select the Trash folder in the folder view.

  2. Click the More actions icon next to Trash.

    Click on Recover deleted items.

  3. Select the emails to be recovered in the Recover deleted items window.

    Click on Move selected items.

  4. In the Move window, specify the folder that should contain the recovered emails.

    Click on Move.
